Terms of Use

Effective date: November 7, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Compounding Wealth. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Compounding Wealth.

Use of the service

Compounding Wealth is a portfolio tracking product. You may use it only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you add, import, or otherwise make available through the service.

No brokerage or trading services

Compounding Wealth is not a brokerage, exchange, custodian, or execution service. The product does not support trading on your behalf. To the best of our knowledge, the tokens, credentials, or other broker access artifacts we collect are limited to reading holdings and related portfolio data, and do not allow us to place trades on your behalf.

No investment advice

Compounding Wealth is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. Nothing in the service constitutes investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and you should not rely on the service as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to violate any law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, accounts, or systems.
  • Interfere with the reliability, performance, or security of the service.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service except as permitted by law.
  • Use the service to infringe the rights of others.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Third-party services

Compounding Wealth may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, authentication, telemetry, or broker connectivity. We are not responsible for third-party services or content except as required by law, and their separate terms and policies may apply.

Intellectual property

The service, including its software, branding, design, and content, is owned by or licensed to Compounding Wealth and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created security risk, or exposed the service or other users to harm.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compounding Wealth and its operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Changes to the service or these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version and revising the effective date above.

Subscriptions

Automatic broker sync is part of a paid subscription, which may start with a free trial. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period at the price shown when you subscribe until you cancel. If you subscribe in the iOS app, Apple bills your Apple Account: a free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription when it ends, and you manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current period. If your subscription ends, automatic sync pauses and the data you already imported remains viewable.

Apps obtained from the Apple App Store

If you downloaded Compounding Wealth from the Apple App Store, the following terms also apply, and prevail over anything else in these Terms that conflicts with them:

  • These Terms are between you and Bytedrift Limited only, not Apple Inc. (“Apple”). Bytedrift Limited, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
  • Your license to use the app is a non-transferable license to use it on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the app may be accessed by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
  • Bytedrift Limited is solely responsible for maintenance and support of the app. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support.
  • If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, of the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are the responsibility of Bytedrift Limited.
  • Bytedrift Limited, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
  • If a third party claims that the app or your possession or use of it infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Bytedrift Limited, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
  • You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app, such as your wireless data service agreement.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator of Compounding Wealth, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection law requires otherwise.
