Compounding Wealth is a portfolio tracking product. You may use it only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you add, import, or otherwise make available through the service.
No brokerage or trading services
Compounding Wealth is not a brokerage, exchange, custodian, or execution service. The product does not support trading on your behalf. To the best of our knowledge, the tokens, credentials, or other broker access artifacts we collect are limited to reading holdings and related portfolio data, and do not allow us to place trades on your behalf.
No investment advice
Compounding Wealth is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. Nothing in the service constitutes investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and you should not rely on the service as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to violate any law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, accounts, or systems.
- Interfere with the reliability, performance, or security of the service.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service except as permitted by law.
- Use the service to infringe the rights of others.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Third-party services

Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created security risk, or exposed the service or other users to harm.

Changes to the service or these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version and revising the effective date above.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator of Compounding Wealth, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection law requires otherwise.
